Photostory InstructionsThis is a featured page

This project has three phases:

Phase I: - RESEARCH- (Day 1) Read the documents and answer post your answers to the questions on the Wiki.

Phase II: - PREPARATION -(Day 1 and 2) Write the script for your photostory and have it approved by Mr. Stein (THIS MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO DAY 3!) You will also need to search for and acquire 35-45 copyright free images to use in the photostory.

Phase III: PRODUCTION - (Day 3) Organize and record your 1-2 minute photostory.

Photos:
You may not use any images that contain a watermark or a copyright logo. Copyright laws allow up to six images from one photographer to be used as a part of an student created educational work. Therefore you may use images you find from a google image search or from the copyright free sites listed below. Be careful not to take any image that is watermarked (has an ownership logo incorporated into the image).

To get photos from the web:
#1 Search for the picture
#2 Click on the picture you like in the search results
#3 Click on "See full size image at the top of the page
#4 Right click on the picture and select"save image as"
#5 Send the picture to the "Shared Images" folder (directions to the folder are below)

These is a folder containing copyright free WWI images on the shared folder for your use. You may access it by going to the "V" drive under "My Computer", then select "Shared 2011", then select "Stein". Finally select the "Versailles Project Folder and inside that folder you will find a folder containing the collection of images.

Please save any images you find in the shared images folder with the rest of the images used for this project.
